Menurut Nadir, saat dijemput, korban awalnya enggan untuk diajak pulang oleh polisi dan warga. Bahkan korban selalu meminta bertemu pelaku. Korban pun hanya mampu berkata dirinya takut sama Tete Jago, si pelaku penculikan.

“Korban mau ikut warga setelah dibilangi bahwa akan dibawah ke rumah Tete Jago,” sebut Nadir.

Kapolsek Dako Pamean, Ipda Dickri yang dikonfirmasi belum bisa memastikan kebenaran kuburan janin di lokasi penemuan korban.

“Sejauh ini kami belum menemukan adanya kuburan. Tapi akan kita tindaklanjuti lagi,” kata Dickri, melalui sambungan telepon, Minggu (5/8/2018).

Korban ditemukan Minggu (5/8/2018) dalam kondisi memprihatinkan. Saat ditemukan, kondisi korban masih dalam keadaan trauma. Korban tak bisa diajak bicara sehingga belum banyak informasi yang bisa dihimpun penyidik.

Tete Jago menyembunyikan korban di balik sebuah batu besar yang menyerupai gua di lokasi yang berjarak sekitar 100 meter dari rumah pelaku.

“Ada ruangan kecil berukuran 1,5 x 1,5 meter di dalam batu itu dan ada tempat tidur berupa dipan yang terbuat dari anyaman bambu. Lokasinya perbukitan tak jauh dari rumah pelaku,” ucap Dickri.

Aksi pelaku kaya Dickri terungkap setelah berkembang informasi di kalangan warga Desa Bajugan bahwa pelaku sering terlihat membawa seorang gadis ke rumahnya pada malam hari. Namun gadis itu tidak pernah terlihat di rumah Tete Jagi pada siang hari.

“Setelah mendapat laporan warga, kami mengunjungi orang tua korban untuk sama sama melakukan penangkapan terhadap si pelaku,” tandas Dickri.
